Brown Beans

Brown beans are a common ingredient in many traditional dishes, such as jota, and can also be used in delicious salads, spreads and many other dishes. We cannot imagine beans without cumin and mustard seeds; they also go great with onions, carrots, sweetcorn, potato and tomato. With regular consumption of beans dishes we supply our body with phosphorus and fibres.
